Dishwasher / Porter

Bell Market is seeking a Dishwasher/Porter to be a part of the RBC Hospitality Group.  A Bell Market Dishwater/Porter works hard as a team to keep cooks and chefs supplied with the dishes and cookware needed to make the variety of food we offer in the food hall and catering.  The Dishwater/Porter is the core of the team – one of the most vital roles that contributes to overall success.

 

Service periods will include Breakfast, Lunch, Happy Hour, and Dinner (expanding hours in the Fall of 2018)


Candidate Capabilities:


Execute the cleaning of dishes and cookware during service

Maintains excellence in a fast-paced environment

Has a passion for driving the success of the restaurant with addressing and resolving any facility or stewarding needs that may arise

Maintain Mental athleticism and coordination with teammates to produce an efficient, productive dynamic

Ability to think critically but also possess the skill to follow directions                 

Have the ability to be trained on and follow the Department of Health (DOH) standards


The Ideal Candidate will possess:


Excellent Emotional Self Awareness under pressure while maintaining a professional demeanor.

A strong work ethic and resilient attitude

Confidence in effectively communicating any inconsistencies to Sous Chefs and teammates

1 year restaurant experience in a porter, stewarding, or maintenance position

Limpieza absoluta cada noche
